Becoming a Customer

If you are interested in becoming a customer, download and complete the appropriate form below; ensure that you have read the respective Product Disclosure Statement (see below) and make contact with one of our United Trust branches by calling +1 (940) 489-2169. Please bring the completed form/s and appropriate identification to the respective United Trust branch to allow us to open the required account.
